Return Policy
At Jason & Heather Vancouver, we strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times. However, we understand that you may wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return by emailing info@jasonheathervancouver.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

After your request is approved, you will receive the return address from us.

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping or customs fees that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and traceability.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
